Thiago Macieira ba7f664a7f Fix tst_qfile opening of stdin/out/err: don't assume ... The standard streams can be redirected to a file, so don't assume anything, but try to get the actual size and position from the OS and from the C library (stdout is usually buffered, so the result of lseek might be different from ftell).
