Miguel Costa 7ab84cfe74 factorial example: Fix issue with WinRT console output 
Replaced the display of the calculation output, generated using
fprintf(stdout, ...), with qInfo() << ... In WinRT, fprintf to stdout
does not cause output to be generated.
