Edward Welbourne 7b74a65857 tst_QLocale::formatTime(): add some actual locale-dependence ... All the tests were using the C locale, so were equivalent to tests of QTime::toString(). Add a locale column and some test-cases in preparation for a change to am/pm indicators.
