Friedemann Kleint c736497483 Remove tests/auto/qtest-config.h. 
The header defined a macro QTEST_NO_CURSOR depending
QT_NO_CURSOR or obsolete platforms Windows CE and Meego.

Replace usages by QT_NO_CURSOR in the tests.
