Oliver Wolff ad0249cc79 winrt: Fix QKeyEvent::isAutoRepeat 
CorePhysicalKeyStatus::KeyStatus does not give the information we are
after so we have to keep track of "auto repeat" state of the keys
ourself.

Task-number: QTBUG-59232
