Friedemann Kleint 1fad7aa73e QtGui: Remove define Q_TEST_QPIXMAPCACHE 
It causes clashes in CMake Unity (Jumbo) builds.
Change the function to be Q_AUTOTEST_EXPORT'ed helpers.
