Volker Hilsheimer 00a5629d8d Remove deprecated QPrinter and QPagedPaintDevice APIs 
Adjusting the QPrinter test case - some use cases no longer exist, or are
already tested in QPageSize and QPageLayout tests.

Adjust examples and manual tests.
