Friedemann Kleint 5134b3ad54 EditableTreeModel: Polish TreeModel::setupModelData() 
- Use QStringView.
- Use a list of a pair-like struct to represent the state instead of
  2 lists.
- Use qsizetype.
- Use constLast() to avoid detaching.
