Qt 6.8.3 with BlackBerry 10 (QNX 8 / ARMv7) patches

Jake Petroules be74da81df Define QT_*_PLATFORM_SDK_EQUAL_OR_ABOVE macros on all platforms ... Use of these macros implies defined(Q_OS_DARWIN) so don't complicate the usage point (since the preprocessor cannot handle, for example defined(Q_OS_DARWIN) && QT_DARWIN_PLATFORM_SDK_EQUAL_OR_ABOVE when the latter macro is not defined).
