Rohan McGovern 1464081dfb Really marked tst_QProcess as insignificant on Windows. ... This test hangs ~2.6% of the time in CI. The previous commit which attempted to mark this test as insignificant did not work due to this .pro file doing a load(testcase) prior to the line which set CONFIG += insignificant_test. testcase.prf must be loaded _after_ insignificant_test is set.
