Christian Ehrlicher 0e4cc2aca7 QTableView: honor spans when calculating height/width hint 
QTableViewPrivate::heightHintForIndex()/widthHintForIndex() did not
honor spans and therefore returned too big values.

Fixes: QTBUG-89116
