Explicitly register QtDBus-specific metatypes before attempting to generate output. This fixes a bug when types like QDBusObjectPath are sometimes ignored by this tool. Export QDBusMetaTypeId::init() for that reason. Add a regression test to tst_qdbuscpp2xml.
