Friedemann Kleint 1df4ebe0ef Stabilize tst_QApplication::quitOnLastWindowClosed(). 
Instantiate widgets on the stack to ensure they are destroyed
when the QApplication instance goes out of scope.
Introduce waitForWindowExposed() to make sure events are in sync.
