Alexandru Croitor 7b94f87689 coin: Ensure we configure repos with CMake verbosity set to STATUS ... We set the default verbosity of configure output to NOTICE in regular Qt builds. To preserve the STATUS verbosity in CI runs, we now pass it explicitly when configuring all repos / tests.
