Instead to extract the assets QML file, we create a .rcc bundle file which is register by android qpa plugin before the it invokes the main function. Thsi way we avoid extracting the QML files from assets as they can be accessed directly from resources. [ChangeLog][Android] Instead of bundling QML resources in assets and extracting them on first start, Qt now creates an .rcc file and register it before invoking the main function.
