Liang Qi 70b10666c3 tests: Skip tst_QClipboard for Ubuntu 24.04 GNOME/X11 
Sometimes test causes kernel crash. Test is skipped until
gnome-shell 46.1 or newer is backported to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
