Friedemann Kleint e94e4d002e QMenu: Do not unnecessarily call QPlatformMenu::menuItemForTag() 
When handling QActionEvent / ActionAdded, QActionEvent::before()
is 0 for the common 'append' case. Do not try to find a
QPlatformMenuItem for this.
