Fabio Falsini ea4868c49d Add legacy external storage access flag 
Since latest version of Qt need Android
target sdk 29 the qt direct storage access
doesn't work because a new scoped storage
access way has been introduced. This flag
allow to have current storage access
way to work again (but is limited to
target sdk 29 only)
