Ulf Hermann 833c0040cb moc: Print method index to JSON output ... We want to be able to index into the metaobject from code generated by qmltyperegistrar. And we don't want to rely on some implicit promise that certain methods are in the "right" order in the output. This is similar to what we've done with properties.
