Allan Sandfeld Jensen cd06d901af Implement ordered dithering for image format conversions ... QImage::convertToFormat was ignoring its conversion flag argument, only performing dithering when converting to indexed formats. This patch updates the documentation and implements ordered dithering for other conversions.
