Christian Ehrlicher f813b76fb2 SQL/PostgreSQL: cleanup usage of QT_CONFIG(datestring) 
Creating a QString from a QDate/QTime works even when
QT_CONFIG(datestring) is not defined, so no need to ifdef it out.
