Christian Ehrlicher 8f65160c44 QtGui/Text: mark obsolete functions as deprecated 
Mark some long obsolete functions as deprecated so the can be removed
with Qt6:
 - QTextFormat::setAnchorName()/anchorName()
 - QTextList::isEmpty()
