Konstantin Ritt 549b2fa246 don't crash when destroying the shortcuts ... as shortcutDestroyed(..) modifies the shortcuts list. disconnect from shortcutDestroyed() first, or operate on a detach()-ed list this was uncovered by QList::removaAll() optimization patch.
