The operators can be switched to verbose using QDebug::setVerbosity()
and then provide more useful information than the standard
operator for QObject.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDebug] When streaming QWindow, QScreen,
QWidget instances to a debug stream that has increased verbosity
set, detailed information about geometries, states etc. will
be printed.

This is a little-used feature which only affects how minimized icons
are displayed on certain older window managers, and is not necessary
even then. It has not been implemented in Qt 5 until now.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)

We still have a bunch of Q_WS_ ifdefs in our code, which are easy to
mistake for Q_OS_ ifdefs when quickly scanning the code. By renaming
the ifdefs we make it clear that the code in question is dead.
In incremental follow-ups, we can then selectively either remove, or
port, the pieces that are dead code.

Two template functions for qboject_cast() are defined
in qwidget.h that confuse qdoc because qdoc doesn't
handle template functions correctly. In this case, the
documentation for all qobject_cast() functions appears
in qobject.cpp where it is declared to be related to
QObject. This fix surrounds the template functions in
qwidget.h with #ifndef Q_QDOC ... #endif, since qdoc doesn't
need to see them.
This fix unmasks a linking bug QTBUG-34564, which will
be fixed separately.

This happens for example when running several tests.
Widgets in destructor should be treated as invalid
since their window pointer and other properties are
no longer valid.
When deleting a window containing only a table view
there would be a table model reset update comming from
the window being destroyed.

Now QWidget::show() will be the same as QWidget::showFullScreen() if the
style hint is set.
This is consistent with QQuickView now.
De-inline related methods to make it easier to change them later
without breaking compatibility.

The documentation is misleading in that a default-constructed
rectangle that has size = 0 causes the entire widget to be
painted; this happens only if the one of the size values is
< 0.
Add a default value such that size < 0 and the entire widget is
painted based on the rationale that a size = 0 might be the result
of some calculation and it would be unexpected to get a pixmap
containing the entire widget in that case.

In Qt4.8 this was declared in qwidget_wince.cpp. It
was for auto maximizing. This would need to go
into lighthouse if needed. This fixes the Windows CE
compile.

Add styles/qmacstyle_mac back to the build, modify
qstylefactory to load it on Q_OS_MAC.
Move helper functions from platforms/mac to
qmacstyle_mac.mm. QMacStyle should now be self-
contained and not rely on anything from platforms/mac.

To enable having a single GL context used for multiple drawables we need
to de-couple the context class a bit more from the window class in the
plugin API. Now contexts are created stand-alone based on a GL format
and a share context, and when calling makeCurrent() a desired surface
is specified. This maps well to GLX, EGL, Cocoa, AGL, and WGL, which all
support this use case.
QWindowContext is renamed to QGuiGLContext, and QWindowFormat is renamed
to QGuiGLFormat. We have the ability to introduce a pbuffer or similar
other offscreen GL drawable abstraction in the future.
