This is present in QList already and its lack is a nuisance when
switching from QList based code to QVector (which makes sense e.g.
if the item size exceeds sizeof(void*))
Also, albeit operator+=() and operator<<() exist, some people
simply prefer functions with real function names.

Of the const overloads that return a QString or a QByteArray, this is
one that gains the most benefit. It happens often in constructs like:
QByteArray s = x.readLine().trimmed();
After this change, 41 out of 103 calls to trimmed become rvalue in Qt
and 272 out of 441 in Qt Creator. For simplified, the numbers are 27 out
of 69 in Qt and 10 out of 19 in Qt Creator.
Other candidates are left, right, and mid, but there are exactly zero
uses of left, right and mid on an xvalue QString or QByteArray in Qt.
I'm being lazy and using qstring_compat.cpp to store the QByteArray
compat methods.

The implementation was inconsistent with QString::right(),
and did not return the N rightmost characters but actually did
the same as QString::mid(N) (returning the rightmost size - N
characters.)
Since this function is fairly recent (Qt 5.2), is documented to
behave the same as QString::right(), and since these APIs are
meant to be interchangeable, this needs to be fixed, even though
it changes behavior.

to be consistent with QString::right(). The function now returns
the N right-most characters, like the documentation already claimed.

The result of qstrtoull() was unconditionally truncated to an int,
resulting in wrong values being appended to the segments vector
when the numerical segment value was above INT_MAX.
Prevent this by first checking the return value of qstrtoull
as a qulonglong for values larger than INT_MAX and stopping
processing in that case. That means that segments that
numerically overflow an int are now considered part of the
suffix.
Also added tests for the case where a segment value is larger
than ULLONG_MAX. That was already working correctly.

We need to have a finer grained control over the tests
we skip in our CI system. This adds a blacklisting
mechanism that allows blacklisting individual test
functions (or even test data) using a set of predefined
matching keys for the operating system and some other
relevant variables.
QTestlib will search for a file called BLACKLIST in the test
directory and parse it if found. The file contains a simple
ini style list of functions to blacklist. For details see
qtestblacklist.cpp.

So far we've only tested matching against QStringRefs which were
spanning the entire underlying QString. Instead, use the offset

Refactor the code and move more things into the cross platform
code path.
Make sure the flags survive changing the locale of QCollator.
Use the correct locale on Windows, WinRT and OS X. We now
pass all QCollator autotests on these platforms.

The practical uses of a POD QElapsedTimer are not really that clear, and the
number of misuses of this API are quite high. Default the state to invalid to
prevent against mistakes.

Previously, this failed because QEasingCurveFunction only had a linear
behavior.
The fix is to change that and let QEasingCurveFunction handle
any of the simple "non-parametric easing" functions.

Testing using an empty string doesn't ensure that the regexp

As a side effect, QString::simplified() will always return a detached
copy, even if it's the same contents.
QStringRef::trimmed() can use the same calculation algorithm but can't
use the trimmed_helper() template function due to its lack of a
constructor taking begin pointer and size (std::string_view could do
it). That constructor can't be added because QStringRef always refers to
an existing QString, not to data in memory.

Do a check first if we need to transform before doing the transform.
This means we won't detach when transforming data that is already
correct.
And instead of using QChar, use our own hand-rolled table. In a proper
LTO build, the QChar calls would be resolved to a lookup of the Unicode
data, but not many people do LTO builds, Therefore, this means a great
speed-up is achieved by simply avoiding the function call. The extra
gain in performance comes from the simpler translation table instead of
the more complex full-Unicode data.
Also as a consequence, this changes the handling of two characters in
Latin 1: 'ß' should be uppercased to "SS" but we won't do it, and 'ÿ'
can't be uppercased in Latin 1 ('Ÿ' is outside the range).
Benchmarking is included. Comparing the Qt 5.4 algorithm to the new code
is almost 20x faster. Other alternatives are included in the benchmark
and are all faster than the current code, though slower than the new
one. While all of them could compress the tables to be smaller or shared
between uppercasing and lowercasing, they would also expand to more code
(though probably less than the extra bytes required in the full
translation table). In the trade-off, I decided to go with simplicity
and most efficient code.

On templates, adding constexpr makes a given instantiation constexpr
if it can be.
This turns qMakePair(0,0), say, into a compile-time constant.
The effects on existing code are small, but exist:

As a side-effect, the constructor taking a QByteArray is no longer
available since I couldn't find a way to add it to QList<T> when T is
QByteArray. My template-foo failed me. I tried:
- QEnableIf<is_same<T, QByteArray>::value, QByteArray>::type
=> makes QList fail to compile for any T that isn't QByteArray
- make the constructor a template member
=> it compiles if the parameter is a QByteArray, but not a const
char[4] like the test was
- inheriting constructors
=> runs into ICC and Clang bugs that I could not work around
Besides, the constructor with std::initializer_list is a superior
solution anyway.

The goal of this commit to make the code in the test work:

For this, QCommandLineParser needs a version of addOption that can
take a list of options. That's what addOptions() is for.
More importantly, the QCommandLineOption ctors mustn't be explicit.
OTOH, any implicit conversion from QString or QStringList to
QCommandLineOption is also undesirable.
To solve this dilemma, add new QCommandLineOption ctors that just
take one argument and are explicit, and make the existing ctors
implicit. In order to avoid ambiguities, remove the default values
of their resp. 2nd arguments. The new ctors are by intention not
\since 5.4, as they are completely transparent to the user.
Et voila, even better than getopt_long(3).

Add a test that checks that QHash keeps the first of the keys
that compare equal. This may or may not be documented, but is
inconsistent with the values in a QHash, where the last element
with equal key is kept.
Document this as a test. That way, we'll be informed when the
behavior changes (e.g. by a port to std::unordered_map).
Do the equivalent checks in tst_QMap, too. There, of course,
instead of equal keys, check equivalent ones.

QRingBuffer is a fully inlined class used in many I/O classes.
So, it must be as fast and small as possible. To this end, a lot of
unnecessary special cases were replaced by generic structures.

The assumption that we can test "en_US" and expect
it to behave a certain way is flawed in that most
of the formatting settings are independently
configurable by the end user.
Make the test more robust while attempting to preserve
as much testing as possible:
Make the decimalPoint/groupSeparator tests check for
a range of possible values. Check that they are not
the same.
Remove the date formatting tests and the firstDayOfWeek()
== Sunday test.
Make the time zone test accept a non zero extended
time zone. ("GMT+2" in addition to "GMT+02".)

In ICU the strength parameter decides whether a comparison is
case sensitive or not.

It's a common need to assign a variable to something when entering a
code block, and then revert it upon exit. qscopedvaluerollback can
be used for this. But as a convenience, this patch adds an
extra constructor so that you can "protect" and set a variable
in one go instead of using two lines.

First and foremost, the STL-style iterators don't do this. Those don't
provide a guarantee that the container won't get shared again while the
iterator is active.
Second, there's no protection against a second mutable iterator being
created and resetting the sharable flag back to true.
[ChangeLog][Important behavior changes] The mutable Java-style iterators
like QListMutableIterator and QHashMutableIterator no longer set the
parent container to unsharable mode. If you create a copy of the
container being iterated on after the iterator, any changes done with
the iterator might affect the copy too.

The fact that we kick in a pattern study and possibly a JIT compilation
after an undocumented number of usages is suboptimal, for a number
or reasons: users may want to JIT compile a pattern immediately,
and at the same time they may not want a random delay in the program
(due to the pattern getting optimized at a random usage).
So: add an optimize() call to force an immediate pattern optimization,
and a pattern option to force an optimization on the first usage.

The ability to set a container to be unsharable has very little use and
it costs us an extra conditional for every refcount up and possibly
down.
This change is a no-op for current Qt 5. It shuffles a few things around
just so Qt can compile if you define QT_NO_UNSHARABLE_CONTAINERS. That
is done to ease the fixing of the code in Qt 6 and to make my life
easier: I'll keep that defined in my local Qt build so I can catch any
misuses of this deprecated API.
The newly deprecated methods are not marked QT_DEPRECATED because the
bootstrapped tools wouldn't build -- they're built with QT_NO_DEPRECATED
defined, which causes build errors.
[ChangeLog][QtCore] The setSharable() and isSharable() functions in Qt
containers has been deprecated and will be removed in Qt 6. New
applications should not use this feature, while old applications that
may be using this (undocumented) feature should port away from it.

The "data" pointer became technically dangling after line 1866 did
copy = data;
as copy was the last reference to the original data. That made the
pointer address available to be reused by the system malloc(), which

We can squeeze, but not by discarding elements. Make sure the size of
the object stays intact after changing the reserved capacity.

The code did discard the the data, so it wasn't affecting the comparison
result (tests added anyway), but it could cause crashes if the pointer
to the beginning of the data in the first 8 bytes of a page.

Constructing a QCollator is somewhat expensive, and made
localeAwareCompare really slow. As QCollator (at least with
the ICU implementation) is not thread safe, use one collator
per thread. This speeds up collation of a long list of strings
by a factor of 250 for the test case in the bug below.

NormalizationTest.txt does not exist in the project root, but under 'data'
directory. TESTDATA is converted to INSTALLS rules in testcase.prf.
INSTALLS rules generated in testcase.prf does not set 'no_check_exist'
CONFIG variable. Thus qmake will not install NormalizationTest.txt since
it cannot find it from defined location.
Even TESTDATA has been incorrectly defined, NormalizationTest.txt
has been found in majority of the platforms thanks to QFINDTESTDATA
flexibility. However it causes problems on sand-boxed platforms such
as WinRT.
Fixed by defining the relative path to NormalizationTest.txt in TESTDATA
so that qmake can find the file when processing INSTALLS variable.

It is not sufficient that QSharedPointer<ForwardDeclared>'s default ctor
and dtor compile. Copy/move assignment/construction and swapping should work, too.
Arguably, there are more functions that should compile with just a forward-declared
payload, but this is a start.

Unit-test this by making the QList, QVector, QHash and QMap unit tests
be duplicated under strict-iterator mode. There's no test for
QLinkedList.
The tst_Collections test does not compile under strict-iterator
mode. It generated over 15000 errors when I tried.
The strict iterators required a small change: the difference_type
typedef needs to match the operators that get distances
(operator-(iterator)) and move the iterator around (+, -, +=, -=, etc.).

This implementation is based on GCC's implementation of std::hash<FP>, but only
to the extent of checking for zero before hashing the bits. The bit hasher is
the Qt one; I didn't even look what GCC uses.
The check against 0.0 is mandated by the requirement to have
\forall x,y: x == y => qHash(x) == qHash(y)
which would be violated for x = 0.0 and y = -0.0 if we only hashed the bits.
Implemented out-of-line to avoid potential FP-comparison warnings, as well
as to be able to use the file-static hash() functions, which gets inlined
unlike qHashBits(), which cannot be.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QHash/QSet] Allowed to use float, double and long double
as QHash/QSet keys.

Code units 0xD800 .. 0xDFFF are not UCS-4, so we can't happily return them.
Instead, if we encounter a stray surrogate, replace it with 0xFFFD, which
is what Unicode recommends anyhow.

This aimed to disctinct joining types "L", "T", and "U" from just "U".
Unicode 6.3.0 has introduced a character with joining type "L" and
Unicode 7.0 will add a few more characters of joining type "L", so
we'll have to deal with it anyways.

* Mongolian and Phags-pa characters have been given a Joining_Type
classification for contextual shaping. As a part of these additions,
one Phags-pa character has the Joining_Type value of L (Left Joining),
which no character had been assigned before.
* The unassigned code points in the Currency Symbols block have been
given the Bidi_Class property value ET and the Line_Break property
value PR, to help implementations support new currency symbols,
when they are encoded.
* Hebrew letters and basic punctuation marks have been assigned
the newly introduced Word_Break property values Hebrew_Letter,
Single_Quote, and Double_Quote.
* The Bidi_Class property has been extended with four new values
for directional isolates.

Fix parsing of ISO Date from being totally lenient to being semi-strict
by requiring the separator positions to be non-numeric.
[ChangeLog][Important Behavior Changes] Parsing of Qt::ISODate by
QDate::fromString() and QDateTime()::fromString() is not as lenient as
before, the date component separators are now required to be
non-numeric. This means a string like "2000901901" will no longer be
recognized as a valid ISO Date, but "2000/01/01" will still be even
though it doesn't strictly meet the ISO format of "2000-01-01".

There was a comment about the test failing for max() because of an
overflow. That happens if you're at UTC or ahead of it (to the East of
the Prime Meridian), which is how this test usually gets run (UTC,
Europe/Oslo, Europe/Helsinki, Pacific/Auckland). But if you're behind
UTC (to the West of the Prime Meridian), then the overflow happens for
min().

This is only possible for two important reasons:
1) QString and QByteArray d pointers are both done with QArrayData and
that class does not care that the alignof(T) changes from 2 to 1,
so we can give the pointer from QString to QByteArray
(after adapting the allocated size, which is now double)
2) conversion from UTF16 to Latin1 always has fewer bytes (exactly half)

It's trivial to provide this guarantee, so do it.

Fix parsing of TZ file abbreviations, to correctly return cases where
POSIX rule doesn't have separate DST rules, and where abbreviation
is a sub-string of another abbreviation, otherwise any toString() call
will crash.
Add test to exercise all available time zones, especially useful for TZ
file to confirm all file format variations dealt with. Fix parsing of
Version 3 of TZ file, and ICU display name, to allow all files generated
from release 2013f to pass, otherwise isValid() call will crash.

The name Olson was misspelled as Olsen in the public api of QTimeZone
which is needed to be fixed before first public release in 5.2 would
freeze the api and prevent it being fixed. It has been decided that
renaming as IANA ID would be more future-proof.
Fixes to the private code will be done separately to keep this patch
against release branch to the minimum required.

This necessitates adding d==0 checks in QCollator. By documenting that
moved-from instances can only be assigned to or destroyed, we can
limit the functions in which to check for d==0 to the assignment
operator and the destructor.
Doing otherwise would destroy all advantages of move semantics by
introducing a heap allocation to re-populate other.d.
Add a test for this (QCollator didn't have any before).

At the Daylight Tme to Standard Time transition, the local time repeats
itself, i.e. 2am occurs twice. Qt's behavior when setting this using
the local time is ambiguous, as it depends on the system implementation
of mktime, which behaves differently on different platforms. Currently
this behavior remains undefined. When setting using an msecs or time_t
value however we can determine the correct instance to use and cache it
to ensure that any conversion back from local time to msecs is performed
consistantly on all platforms.
Note that caching this value will result in any calculations being wrong
should the system time zone change, or its rules change. This will be
fixed in Qt 5.3 when the system time zone change signal is implemented
and QDateTime switches to using QTimeZone instead of mktime to provide
consistnt behavior across platforms.
The QTimeZone spec does not require this fix as it already caches the
correct offset in setMSecsFromEpoch().

Mac uses the CLDR format codes which need to be translated into their
Qt equivalent. The existing code mistranslates the year code, is
outdated for a number of new codes introduced in recent versions of
CLDR, and by default accepted any codes it didn't recognize.
This change updates support to the latest version of CLDR, fixes the
treatment of years, and defaults to ignoring any new format codes
added in the future.
Note that this change cannot have auto tests written as the system
locale formats change between versions of OSX. Testing must be
done manually by changing system locale and formats.

Implement the new QTimeZone class based on the Olsen Time Zone ID's.
This is the base implementation and does not include the Platform
backends which are implemented separately.
This change does include a default UTC backed to be used if no Platform
backend is available, i.e. if QT_NO_SYSTEMLOCALE is set and ICU is not
configured. This backend also provides a default set of time zones in
the standard "UTC+00:00" offset format that are guaranteed to always
exist regardless of the Platform backend.
This change includes conversion functions between the Olsen ID's and
Windows ID's using a conversion table based on Unicode CLDR data.
This is implemented for all platforms for scenarios such as a Linux
program needing to communicate with a Windows Exchange Server using
the Windows ID.
The CLDR conversion table is included under the UNICODE license, see
http://unicode.org/copyright.html for details.

Add Q_OS_MAC-protected function declarations to header
files, add implementation to _mm files.
CF and NS types are forward-declared in the header
files to avoid including the CoreFoundation and Foundation
headers. This prevents accidental use of native types
in application code. Add helper macros for forward-
declaration to qglobal.h
Add cf_returns_retained/ns_returns_autoreleased attributes
to toCFString() and toNSURL(). These attributes assists
the clang static analyzer. Add Q_DECL_ helper macros
to qcompilerdetection.h.
Add test functions (in _mac.mm files) to the QString
and QUrl tests. Split out the test class declarations
into a separate headers files.

When Daylight Time transtion goes from Standard Time to Daylight Time
there is a "missing" hour, i.e. at 2am CET the clock goes forward to
3am. Currently QDateTime ignores this gap and considers the time to be
valid and able to be manipulated. This change respects the transition,
so any time set in the missing hour is considered invalid, and any date
maths returns valid results.
The validity in the current time zone needs to be checked every time
isValid() is called in case the system time zone has changed since the
last time it was checked. This is done by calling mktime to check the
returned result matches the expected result. This could be very
inefficient, but the returned offset value is cached each time so
mktime is not required to be called again within each method call,
effectively meaning mktime is called the same number of times by
each method. Note that this means any new methods added must be
careful to ensure either isValid() or refreshLocalTime() is called
first by any method needing to use the UTC value.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDateTime] The Standard Time to Daylight Time
transition for Qt::LocalTime is now handled correctly. Any date set
in the "missing" hour is now considered invalid. All date math results
that fall into the missing hour will be automatically adjusted to a
valid time in the following hour.

Change from storing the date and time as QDate and QTime to a serialised
msecs format. This format is a direct translation of the QDate and
QTime values, it is not the actual msecs since the Unix epoch. This
msecs format ensures we are always able to recreate the original QDate
and QTime values, but should still simplify the code and improve
performance.
Because we no longer store the explicit date and time we need to store
their isNull()/isValid() status separately.
The changes in storage results in the same memory footprint as before.
Note that this change does not optimize the code nor set out to fix the
known bugs, it only seeks to maintain the current behavior, although
some bugs are fixed implicitly. More bug fixes and optimizations will
follow.
[ChangeLog][Important Behavior Changes] The supported date range in
QDateTime has been reduced to about +/- 292 million years, the range
supported by the number of msecs since the Unix epoch of 1 Jan 1970
as stored in a qint64, and as able to be used in the
setMSecsSinceEpoch() and toMSecsSinceEpoch() methods.

A number of QDateTime functions directly use or modify the data stored
in the private, but future changes to store msecs and status make this
maintenance more complicated. Where possible simplify this code to use
the standard msecs functions, standard constructors, or public api
instead. This greatly simplifies the functions and the following msecs
storage code changes.
This is an intermim step towards storing the time in msecs. Some
functions will be slower as a result of this change, optimization
will take place after all the msecs changes are completed.
Note this also removes a test that used valid QDates outside the range
of msecs, this change in behavior will be documented in the final
mscs change.

-DKEY="VALUE" was correctly turned into -DKEY=VALUE,
but -DKEY=\"VALUE\" was turned into -DKEY=\VALUE"
due to the erroneous check ('quote' is still 0 when
encountering the first '\' character).
This fixes QCoreApplication::arguments() as used by
moc.exe after porting to QCommandLineParser.
Further investigation shows that double-quotes and single-quotes
are handled differently. The tests now ensure that this parser
respects what Windows sends in argv, and in particular that
QTBUG-15379 doesn't regress, as well as fixing QTBUG-30628.

QMap explicitly sorts its entries by key value. For an ordered container
it's (often?) useful to access the first or last entry, for instance to
quickly compute the next key of the mapping. The first entry is easily
accessible by the STL begin() method, but for accessing the last entry
pretty ugly iterator arithmetics must be applied: *(end() - 1). With
their first() and last() accessors the container classes QList and
QVector provide a much nicer method of accessing extrema, so for
consistency this syntactical sugar also should be applied to QMap.

Clean-up the implementation of toString() and fromString() methods in
QDate, QTime and QDateTime code to be more consistent in ISODate and
TextDate behavior, especially when handling TimeSpec.
Reformat some code so all methods are consistent in appearance and
function to make maintenance easier.
This changes some corner-case behavior in TextDate and ISODate, but
this either fixes bugs or makes the behavior match the documentation.

Modify the QLocale date formatter to be consistent with the QDateTime
date formatter and able to replace the QDateTime formatter in a
subsequent change.
Fix the treatment of negative years.
The internal QLocale::timeZone() has been replaced by the
QDateTime::timeZoneAbbreviation() to ensure the correct tz for the
date/time is used rather than always the current system default.

Add a new method to return the time zone abbreviation for the current
time spec. For LocalTime this is the abbreviation returned by mktime.
This new method will later be used in changes to the date formatter
and QTimeZone.

Add convenience methods for fromMSecsSinceEpoch() and
fromTime_t() to enable direct creation of other time specs
than LocalTime without the overhead of unncessary conversions.
For example instead of:
QDateTime dt = fromMSecsSinceEpoch(12345).toUtc();
the following saves two conversions:
QDateTime dt = fromMSecsSinceEpoch(12345, Qt:UTC);
This will improve the performance of the new QTimeZone class.

The Qt::OffsetFromUtc TimeSpec was made public in Qt 4.4 but the access
methods were never made public in the apidox effectively meaning the
feature was never used. The implementation was also incomplete and
inconsistent.
This change cleans up the implementation and exports new public API for
using the TimeSpec using new method names consistent with the new
QTimeZone support.
This change increases the QDataStream Version number for Qt 5.2 to 15.
The behavior of one constructor has changed slightly to be consistent
with the rest of the feature, but this behavior was never documented.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDateTime] Fully implement support for Qt::TimeSpec
of Qt::OffsetFromUTC, added new methods for offsetFromUTC(),

QCoreApplication provides the command-line arguments as a simple list of strings.
QCommandLineParser provides the ability to define a set of options, parse the
command-line arguments, and store which options have actually been used, as

The unit tests were caching the original TZ value to restore later
after testing with different TZ values. The problem is reading TZ will
return a null value if no override TZ value is set, and if you then set
the TZ to null the system assumes UTC and not the system time zone.
Instead we need to unset TZ if it was null to start with.

It makes sense for a QScopedPointer to be movable, for instance
for allowing instances to be returned from a function.
Ownwership of the managed pointer is still tied to one (and one only)
QScopedPointer instance.
Moreover, a move assignment operator makes sense as well, as it
implementing the equivalent of
this->reset(other.take());
only when other is a rvalue and not a lvalue (so either it's a temporary
or it's getting explicitly moved in with std::move).
This makes QScopedPointer API's a bit closer to std::unique_ptr's one.

QDateTime can now be converted to strings compliant to RFC 2822.
Additionally, it supports RFC 850 and RFC 1036 during parsing.
By having them all together, all type of dates found in exchanged
messages on the internet (including USENET) get supported.

QDateTime.toString() is writing out milliseconds since change
15da0a5af2. Unfortunately this breaks
QDateTime::fromString() with Qt::TextDate which can't handle the new
format.
Fix by making QDateTime::fromString split up seconds and milliseconds
on a period, if any. Now
QDateTime dt = ...;
assert(QDateTime::fromString(dt.toString(), Qt::TextDate) == dt)
works again.

Section 4.2.2.4 of ISO 8601 allows for decimal fraction representations
of dates and times. Currently, when calling
QDateTime::toString(Qt::TextDate) or QDateTime::toString(Qt::ISODate),
the milliseconds will be omitted. However,
QDateTime::fromString(str, Qt::TextDate) and
QDateTime::fromString(str, Qt::ISODate) already support decimal
fraction representations, so this patch just adds this support to
QTime::toString, and hence QDateTime::toString().

In Qt 5, I managed to break the guarantee that a deserialised local
datetime is the same time of day (potentially different UTC time),
regardless of which timezone it was serialised in. This happened after
I fixed QTBUG-4057 with If650e7960dca7b6ab44b8233410a6369c41df73a,
which serialised datetimes as UTC.
This patch reverts QDateTime serialisation to pre-Qt 5 behaviour to
restore the guarantee and consequently re-opens QTBUG-4057.

This functionality is used in multiple places in Qt itself, so it makes
sense to have a global function for this. This also allows to map this
onto specialized assembler instructions, should an architecture provide
them, later on.

It introduced a regression by requiring that a p/P was also present:
QTime time = QTime::currentTime();
qDebug() << time.toString("h:mm:ss a");
// Outputs "10:05:42 am" in Qt 4.8.
// Outputs "10:05:42 a" with 6497649730.
This patch also clarifies the QTime::toString(QString) documentation.

In case somebody uses QVector as a stack, it is not fair to have
takeLast, removeLast and pop_back to do way too much work.
This is still very slow compared to std::vector::pop_back
(mostly due implicit sharing), however it is more than a
factor faster than before.

Added the following functions to QStringRef: toShort, toUShort, toInt,
toUInt, toLong, toULong, toLongLong, toULongLong, toFloat, and toDouble.
These functions use the corresponding functions found in QLocale.

The patch adds handling for a case when a QVector is shared between two
threads. In such scenario detaching in one thread could collide with
destruction in the other one, causing a memory leak or assert in debug
mode.

This commit adds SHA3 support to QCryptographicHash. Two implementations
are provided, one optimised for 32 bit and one for 64 bits. The code has
been written to make it easy to add further implementations, for example
ones using NEON instructions on ARM.

It may be useful to know which named capturing groups are defined
in an regular expression, and for each of them, what's the
corresponding index. This commit adds the needed method
to QRegularExpression.
Note that extracting the information doesn't happen while holding
the mutex in the private -- pcre_fullinfo just reads information
from the compiled pattern, so that's thread-safe.

This convenience overload allows one to write
QRegularExpression re1, re2, ...;
QRegularExpressionMatch match;
QString subject;
if (subject.contains(re1, &match)) {
// ...
} else if (subject.contains(re2, &match)) {
// ...
} // ..
One can then inspect the results of a successful match in each block
(as well as extracting the captured substrings, etc.).

If the dynamic_cast failed in QSharedPointer::dynamicCast or
qSharedPointerDynamicCast, we should avoid creating the QSharedPointer
that shares the weak and strong reference counts. In Qt 5, this does
not imply a leak since the original pointer is stored internally for
deletion. In Qt 4 it implies a leak under certain circumstances, which
this change fixes.

Going through QLocale and QString is not really needed.
This also makes the result of the conversion of negative numbers
in bases other than 10 independent of the architecture and
implements the documented behavior of treating them as
unsigned types.

QFontEngineData now has one extra slot that never used
(engines[QChar::Script_Inherited]). engines[QChar::Script_Unknown],
if accessed, would be set with a Box engine instance, and could be used
as a minor optimization some time later.
In order to preserve the existing behavior, we map all scripts up to Latin to Common.

The old QUnicodeTables::Script enum was retained for compatibility reasons
until Qt internals are updated to use QChar::script().
Using QChar::Script instead of QUnicodeTables::Script would improve both
the text analysis (itemization, boundary finding) and the text shaping quality.
This also a required step for switching to Hurfbuzz-NG.
